Kellie possesses close to a decade of professional experience, including stints in Criminal Law, Residential Assistance, Public Relations, and Teacher Assistance - both prior to and during her college years. While in college she studied and earned a degree in Organizational Communication. This diverse background has endowed her with a unique perspective on business and operations. Kellie commenced her tenure at HIPP as a temporary hire and swiftly secured a full-time position as the Administrator for HIPP-WFS and HIPP Design and Consulting, Inc. President. Subsequently, she transitioned into a Project Administrator role, which allowed her to broaden her knowledge and skills in the Pharmaceutical / Biotechnology industry. Her experience as a Project Administrator enabled her to develop and take the next step into HIPP Workforce Solutions as their Business and Operations Associate.
