Lauri Hilyer

Lauri joined WFS in 2021 and is the Human Resources Lead. She has been in the HR sphere for nearly 20 years where her background spans all aspects of Human Resources as well as Operational roles. She has extensive experience in benefits and performance management, talent acquisition, policy development and payroll. Lauri’s focus is on aligning company goals with providing optimal support of all WFS employees so that they can in turn be the best at their roles. She earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Mathematics from Agnes Scott College in Decatur, GA.
