Mitchell Piechocki

Mitchell is a dedicated Technical Recruiter with a foundation in mechanical engineering. After earning his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from NC State and beginning his career at HIPP Design + Consulting, he transitioned into talent acquisition to align his skill set with his passion for people. At HIPP, Mitchell focuses on recruiting high-caliber technical professionals, utilizing both his engineering background and interpersonal strengths to connect clients with ideal candidates. His approach is grounded in understanding both role requirements and personal motivations, helping deliver standout candidate experiences and successful placements. Outside of work, Mitchell enjoys staying active through sports and outdoor recreation.
